Practical Administrative Skills
BCBA - Christian Business Administration
Ministries and Businesses share a lot of common fundamentals. Leaders need to know how to manage people, control finances, and market successfully.
A degree in Christian Business Administration will empower you to achieve organizational objectives, start your own ministry or business, and lead. You will learn how to manage a team with a solid Biblical foundation and a Christian worldview.
As part of your degree, you’ll study the management of organizations, people, and projects along with courses in operations management, entrepreneurship, international business, human resource management, and ministry leadership.
At HBC, our faculty prepare you to enter the highly competitive market with confidence. You’ll be nurtured to become a leader who can successfully manage small, medium, and large ministries or organizations anywhere in the world. You will engage in practical courses in organizational behavior, human resources, supply chain management, communication, entrepreneurship, and general management.
Churches, Non-profits, and businesses all need leaders who are trained, ready, and willing to do the work.  Are you up for the challenge?
