M.Div.-Christian Leadership
The Master of Divinity (MDiv) program with a concentration in Christian Leadership is designed to prepare and equip students to lead a church, ministry, nonprofit, parachurch, or other organization in a manner that exemplifies a servant leader. The emphasis also provides advanced training for students to enhance their current positions as ministry leaders, missionaries, teachers, church managers and/or administrators.

Measurable Learning Outcomes:
- Critically apply constructs of servant leadership and Biblical truth for appropriation in life and the church.
- Model Christian character that cultivates intellectual, pastoral, and moral values reflective of spiritual maturity and inter-cultural competence.
- Synthesize professional sermons and/or public addresses.
- Construct thoughtful academic theological research using a critical examination of biblical texts and scholarly sources
- Communicate effectively, orally and in written form, both interpersonally and publicly.
- Evaluate various leadership models articulating the impact those models have on the organization and/or ministry.
- Compare and Contrast effective strategies for ethical, professional, and compassionate leadership and discipleship.
